This coming Halloween weekend, the apes are taking over the Fox Movie Channel. “Channel of the Apes,” the three day 72 hour tribute to the ground-breaking Planet of the Apes science fiction franchise, includes the first five theatrical films, five television films and Fox Legacy: Planet of the Apes presented by Fox Chairman, Tom Rothman. Channel of the Apes is scheduled for Friday October 30th 6:00AM through Monday November 2nd 4:00AM. Presented in their original widescreen format, all five of the theatrical films will be included throughout the halloween weekend. In addition the Fox Movie Channel will also be presenting “Evolution of the Apes” (blu-ray featurette) and extended versions of “Conquest of the Planet of the Apes”, “Battle for the Planet of the Apes” and a whole lot more throughout the weekend.
